Preschool Summer Programs
Looking for something fun AND educational for your preschooler this summer? We have summer programs for children ages 2-3 and 3-4 years old. Just like our programs during the school year, our summer programs give your child numerous skill-building opportunities.
FasTracKids Jr. Summer STE(A)M Academy is the Flagship Preschool Enrichment program which started it all and still is the ONLY summer gifted and talented program for children ages 3-5 years old. Designed by experts in Gifted & Talented Education, our Sheepshead Bay preschool summer programs expose children to 12 STE(A)M based topics through an inquiry-based learning approach, while simultaneously developing young children’s concentration skills, leadership skills, communications skills, critical thinking skills, and more.
- Our Preschool summer programs are educational and fun.
- 9 different weekly themes like Technology, Anatomy of Me, and Astronomy!
- Sign up for one week or all nine…the weeks do not have to be consecutive!
Summer Explorers
2-3 years old
Tuesday and Thursday
10am-12pm
- Interactive curriculum featuring SMARTboard technology
- Structured gameplay
- Teaches numbers, shapes, colors and letters
- Improves recognition, language & literacy, music & movement, art & creativity and social skills.
- Includes introduction to "Handwriting Without Tears" curriculum
- Includes cooking and hands-on projects
- Parent viewing room with live feed of classroom
Summer Discoverers
3 - 4 years old
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10am-12:30pm
- 3 hours per session
- One, two or three days / week
- Interactive curriculum featuring SMARTboard technology
- Hands-on science and cooking
- Teaches: critical thinking, math, phonics, music & art.
- Improves movement, creativity and social skills.
- Includes introduction to "Handwriting Without Tears" curriculum
- Parent viewing room with live feed of classroom
